Originally purchased the heating element (small tub) from Boots but found it difficult to get replacement paraffin wax blocks. Wax is heated up to liquid form, warm enough to touch, dipped hands cover with plastic (to retain heat) it feels lovely, the heated wax warms up any aching joints. Recommend the treatment to anyone who suffers from problems with hands and feet.
