All of these sponges you’re supposed to soak them, squeeze out the water. Place some of your foundation on your hand / palette & dab your foundation at the base (or the widest part) of the sponge. And then you can blend your foundation all over your face & neck. The pointed end you can use for the parts closest to your eyes, or nose. Honestly I’ve always preferred to put the foundation directly on my face with my fingers, & then I will blend it out with the sponge.

Tip: Honestly I find it more efficient if I just put foundation on the back of my hand, dab a flat foundation brush in it, & then lightly dab it all over your face. (This saves a lot of foundation.) Great for a flawless foundation finish, 13 Oct. 2016

Nice little beauty sponge that comes packaged in a sleek little see-through plastic box. It would make a great gift.Inside of the package there are instructions on how to use the sponge. I have been using sponges of this type for a while now as I find that the overall finish is worth the little extra time that it takes to use this product. You first wet the sponge and squeeze out excess liquid. You can then apply the foundation in streaks to your face and use the sponge to basically push the foundation into your skin. The pointed end of the sponge can be used around the eyes and creases of the nose etc.I do find that this product produces an overall blended and flawless look on my skin and is easy to use. If you spend a lot of money on foundation, then you want to ensure that it is applied properly, evenly and with as little wastage as possible. I feel that this product delivers and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

I love this fantastic latex free sponge. I give it a few squeezes under the tap and then scrunch it in a towel so that it is mostly dry before applying foundation in a dabbing motion. It is very easy to use. Gives a really flawless finish. Every time I use, I wash it very well before and after. My daily make up routine can not be without CHIC Republic Pro Beauty sponge. It is too important to me. Thank you for good service. 5 stars, recommended to try.
