The chair arrived well with in the time said. It is exactly as described and of good quality, but i found 2 minor problems 1.. there was no instructions, although it is easy it would still have been nice to check. 2..... the plate on the back rests pre drilled holes didnt match up to the pre drilled holes in the base of the chair. My husband had to sort it out but like i said minor problems...
