This is a pretty good mascara for the price, and nice to know it's not tested on animals, nor does it contain animal products. The colour is a proper black and is great if you like the feline eye make up style as it is quite a good brush for lifting and seperating the lashes. Every mascara needs a comb after you've put it on and of course it's always an idea to wipe any mascara wand on a tissue every now and then to stop clumpy bits of mascara forming.

The mascara is long lasting and I found it fine for my sensitive skin and eyes. It is easy to remove with an ordinary cleanser. So I would definitely buy this again. I wanted a natural looking, glossy mascara to replace my Dr Hauska Natural mascara but this one isn't so glossy or conditioning as a more expensive mascara, but for the price it's really good and a lot more glamorous than the Dr H mascara I used to use. I have been using this mascara for a few years now. I've always had 'issues' with mascaras that run but this one stays on all day without budging! but most importantly washes off really well.ANd it's cruelty free, so make me sleep at night knowing that I am good enough!Defiantly 5 stars

Ideal for Sensitive Eyes and Vegans!!, 29 April 2015

Having ultra sensitive eyes and being a vegan and against testing on animals, I bought this mascara and at first, it made my eyes slightly sting. However, I found that if I avoid loading too much of the liquid onto the brush, it is ok and I also only apply a single coat. This seems to be working and no stinging eyes since! I would recommend this product and love supporting its 'no animal testing' slogan. On the packet it states there is no animal testing and it doesn't contain any other ingredients relating to animal testing.It is a lot cheaper than what I paid for Clinique mascara and does a better job!Buy this product and you won't be disappointed... just remember NOT to load up the brush too much and keep it a light application.
