We as a family have used Magnesium Lotion for a year now. Amazing stuff! However, I recently bought the body butter and soon discovered that my joint pains came back within days. I was totally puzzled by this, only to discover that this has only 15% magnesium. Whereas the Body Lotion has 30%. So be careful. Nowhere is it stated it only has 15% only when you get the tub does it state it on the back.

Magic cream that is a lifesaver fir people that suffer from leg cramps and restless legs, 10 Oct. 2017
I have suffered from really bad leg cramps, the pain being almost unbearable combined with restless legs at night. I woke some times at least six times a night. From the first application restless legs almost gone and though I have only had the product for a week I have had no leg cramps. It is a wonderful cream. Yes because it is a butter it is thick. But it goes in smoothly and disappears almost immediately, skin feel great too. However, I cannot sing it praises too highly. A real life saver. Ten out of ten.

Great for restless legs, 27 Feb. 2016
Really helps with restless legs and pain, also a good way of getting magnesium into the body as it is a much underrated mineral that we all need. I also use the magnesium oil spray but this is gentler so can use on sensitive areas.
