I've tried a few magnesium solutions in the last few months and this is by far the best. Firstly, the lotion is far easier and less messy than the magnesium oil alternatives. Second, Better You have packaged this in a well designed (and good quality) pump that provides an effective dispensing action all the way to the end of the bottle. I apply one full squirt to each foot, rub it in and put my socks on. Magnesium lotion is highly effective at being absorbed by the skin and this is the simplest and cleanest way of keeping topped up. Great product at a fantastic price.

This product has made the most amazing difference to my life. Before using it I was troubled with a painful knee which affected my mobility. So much so that I was seriously considering walking frames etc. I was already using a walking stick. After applying this lotion to my knee night and morning I am now able to walk without the use of he walking stick and am gradually getting the use of my knee back. In my case it is a great pain reliever.
