The product did not meet the expectations that it was promising., 23 April 2013

I chose this rating because I think ShyToBuy who sold me this product are lying and cheating. Because they put it in a bioenergiser box. But the letters on the blue bag containing the bowl and the letters on the timer/control unit are chinese language. And you can't see that before you've paid and received the product. The salt was wet and had to be delivered again. There is an english bioenergiser manual following the bioenergiser that says that after half an hour the time/control unit will make a buzzing sound after finishing. But it does not make a buzzing sound. When complaining about that one is told that it does not longer do so and that there is an elderly manual with wrong informations.

I was hoping that I could get my bioenergiser replaced and that Amazon would help me to make the seller react on my complaints and fulfill replacing the wrong things. Now I ask Amazon - will you react on my complaints to meet my demands and get me a better product? Would you tell...

It is absolutely fantastic and works the same as my therapist's did, 9 Sept. 2014

I have recently undergone a course of aqua detox and decided to purchase my own. It is absolutely fantastic and works the same as my therapist's did. Have also done my husband and granddaughter and they were amazed at the end result. Would recommend this to anyone and use it once a week.
