Bluesky Dark Lava Shellac Nail Gel, 10 Oct. 2015

This is a gorgeous deep shade of burgundy which also has a slight sparkly effect which looks really good on my nails. I've bought a lot of the Bluesky shellac UV gel over the last year or so and once again this is another really good gel which applies really easy and lasts up to a couple of weeks before any chips start to show depending on your activity. You'll need to apply a few layers to get the deeper shade but it looks wonderful once done.

Love Bluesky nail varnishes, 27 Jan. 2015

Love Bluesky nail varnishes. They last at least two weeks, and even longer with a touch up. I recently purchased Dark Lava and it's now my new favourite! I also bought another bottle of Tutti Fruiti as I love this colour so much and have used up the one I had. I especially like Tutti Fruiti in the summer as the colour is so vibrant and summery. For now though, I'm sticking with Dark Lava to go with my winter dark wardrobe. :)

I have had different gel polishes over the last few months and so far Bluesky has stayed on the longest. Okay it hasn't quite reached the 2 week mark but I did manage to get 8 days out of it before it chipped which is certainly longer than some of the other gel polishes I have had. The colour was lovely and just what I wanted, better in fact as it has a lovely two tone sheen to it. I will be buying bluesky again. Just remember though, that preparing your nails before you put it on is a must.
