Not worth the money for this top branded item, 12 Sept. 2017

I bought these because of the name. They replaced Babyliss straightners. I have had nothing but trouble since I got them and trying to return them now is a big problem. They do not straighten unless you go over the hair several times. The metal on the outside is red hot and damn hot if you touch it. The wire is deliberately at an angle so that they can be hung or placed in a tub. It seems to make the item crackle and cut out. At first it was just occasionally but now 6 months later it is constantly cutting out and crackling. No-one seems to want to take responsibility. My advice is don't buy.

Can't curl anything, but straightener is ok, 1 Mar. 2016

If you are looking for a 2in1 straightener + curling iron like I was - do NOT buy this! The aluminium exterior surface takes ages to warm up and doesn't get hot enough to curl anything.But I quite like the straightener part of this product - it does it's job well and the ceramic plates go hot really quickly. So if you are looking for just a small hair straightener then I recommend this.

Brilliant straighteners!, 29 Aug. 2017

I bought these to use in a country that has low voltage. These straighteners are so good - amazing value and amazing performance. They're very tiny, not that much longer than from my wrist to the tip of my middle finger. Best suited to short or bobbed hair, or very layered hair. If they weren't so small, I'd use them in place of my usual, well-known-branded set :)
