Shade: 55 Beige Fonce (dark beige) Skin: Medium/Combination

A very nice powder, that works well on my medium (plus fake tanned) skin tone. It would be way too dark for me in the winter months.

It is very Silky to touch and finely milled. It has a sort of fruity scent, but you don't really notice this once its applied to the face.

The powder is much finer than my old Rimmel Stay Matte (which is fantastic & cheap), and somehow really makes my face look brighter.

I thought my face was a bit shiny by the end of the day (9 hours), but when I touched my face it was dry, so i presume it is the "glow" that looked a tiny bit shiney, but it still looked pretty.

I know it says it gives a "healthy glow" on the package, but I wasn't really expecting to actualy notice any difference from my usual powder, but I really can see the difference and it makes my skin look lovely.

Very slimline packaging with a mirror, but absolutely no space for a compact...

Too dark (bought lightest), cakey, a bit on the orange side...highly disappointed., 28 Nov. 2017

I bought this because I adore the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation Vanille Clair. And since this is the 'matching' powder I thought it would awesome. It unfortunately is not. It is *much* darker than the foundation. And does lean to the orange side. The coverage is okay, but a bit cakey. As others have said you use it as a stand alone, but it would again be cakey.And when I got it, the product had come away from the base and I it wiggles inside of it. All in all I am disappointed in this. The foundation is the best I have used next to Aveda and Tarte (both expensive, so I love it even more). I wish they could do a powder that matched.

This powder is lovely. I've always had very dry skin but as I'm getting a bit older I'm getting an oily t zone as well. So I needed just a little powder to stop the shine. Having spent years looking for the right foundation, I thought I was beginning the long arduous search for powder now. Well I can tell you the reviewers are right, thus really is the business. I would say it leaves a satin soft finish and not at all powdery. I will definately repurchase. I've never purchased anything from the borjouis range, mainly high cosmetics, but this is quality. Nice shades too.
