dont waste your money . owned it for 3 years. not once have i been satisfied. I need to buy a new beard trimmer as i look like an homeless because i avoid trimming my beard because i know that i need to use this shityy trimmer.

Very good, a few negatives, but overall, very impressive., 19 May 2012

Grabbed this one for my other half who has fully tested it out today.

It dry shaves very well, there were a few straggle hairs left however which it wouldn't seem to pick up no matter what he did, so he had to resort to taking these off with a normal razor.

The wet shave was ok, but again left straggly hairs, my oh said that he found it a bit weird using it in the shower.

The best bit he found was the shaper tool on the unit itself, it has a curved edge so you can make cool shapes on your face, my oh has gone for the Tony stark goatee and this worked very well for that and on that score he was very impressed.

The negatives:

No plug, it has a 2 pin adaptor, and they didn't include a plug so we had to go out and buy one for £5. I have no idea why manufacturers do this because it is beyond annoying.

Very loud, i was expecting a more humming noise like a toothbrush but its like a mini aeroplane taking off.

Reasonable price, excellent control for trimming & shaving, easy to use and great for the beard, 7 Sept. 2013
I have now used it for a few weeks and find it easy and effective in all forms of grooming from hair in the ear through trimming the beard to shaving close. I have strong course beard and the foil works with all areas of my face, even the lighter hair away from the chin into the neck. The trimmer works well at setting a range of beard lengths and cutting quickly to that length (guides the hairs through an effective comb before clipping).Charge is held well, shape of the unit means easy to use and the package offers excellent value for money especially through Amazons process.I have tried other shavers and trimmers & this is the only one I have been able to recommend in all areas it can be used, which are many.
