Not at all satisfactory. It took weeks for the item to arrive from the Far East,China or somewhere. It did not fit my old Braun face shaver bought about seven years ago. I had to ditch the "Old Braun" and bought a modern one from Boots in Brighton , England. I was told by Boots that the "Old Braun" are very rare.This was not mentioned on Braun website.Always have had an excellent service from Amazon over the years.I stress that Amazon is not to blame for this misfortune.Anyway, it's time to "go-modern"

came from south korea in about a week by airmailwell packaged and correct part for shavermuch improved performance from shaver nowneeds replacing every 18 months apparently

I paid £14.50 for this which seems excessive but it is made of a 'rare' metal. It's worth it for clean cut it makes - no 'dragging'.
