My wife has been using a Braun Silk epilator for many years, including a very useful tool for removing facial hairs which ladies tend to develop as they become older. She was delighted when I informed her that I had this item as after many years of use, the main epilator was only holding its charge for about 50% of the time.
Firstly the main item, the epilator - this item continues to use the same type of head that it has for a number of years to catch and via the rotary device, pull the hair and its root from the skin. My wife has used the item both wet and dry and has been pleased with the hair removal for many years; this item is just as effective and in particular, removes hairs very well after relaxing in a warm bath. The main item is very good indeed and the updated engineering and sensory controls appear to reduce the minor discomfort and remove significantly more hair with each pass over a specific area. This product is the ultimate in hair removal and skin refinement from top to toe, having everything you need to accomplish smooth, hair free skin in just minutes. There are three different components for the handheld device, all with their own attachments included. It is very user-friendly, easy to charge, compact for travelling with and even great for sensitive skin.

There is a lot in the box here. Firstly I found it all a little overwhelming and alot to take in. There is however an excellent instruction booklet to explain everything included which I devoured so able to understand. The unit is lovely to hold and very easy to work around, once charged (not a long process) I used the exfoliating heads, I like this idea very much and I used a shower gel on first go as I wasn't sure how it would be with an body scrub....the results were that I found it cleaned and exfoliated my skin gently and quite well but obviously its quite a large area to cover and took some time....I found my legs a little red for a while afterwards. I then used the epilator head, this did as a good a job as I would expect and a light came on if I was pressing down too hard which didn't happen very often to be honest (I am obviously doing this right!) and the results were pretty good! I use epilators anyway and am used to the soreness of it, this was no different than I am...
