I love Henne and wished I had discovered it decades ago. I always knew of its existence but everyone that I knew used it had the very coppery colour which I did not like. Then as grey hairs appeared a friend explained the different colours and that the chestnut will cover grey and can be covered again with the brown which is a dark brown. My hair is naturally frizzy and dry, or it was. Not anymore, now it is very shiny and feels soft and lovely. It is very curly hair but still looks shiny. I have also discovered the Indigo powder which you mix with chestnut Henne and this covers grey brilliantly though can make hair black if left on too long. So last time, two months ago, I used one part Indigo and two parts henne, and hair went very dark brown/nearly black. The grey was covered perfectly. Needed doing again this week so I used same mix but only on roots and left for one hour. Did not work so well. will do again with Indigo and chestnut roots only to cover grey and leave on for hour...
