Surprisingly good, 12 Jan. 2018

Not the most powerful of hairdryers but surprisingly good for a 12v system. We’ve had several power cuts so I bought this for my wife to use before work just in case the power goes off first thing in the morning. I5 works well and she’s pleased with the backup. By the way, if she needs to use it (unfortunately I don’t need a hairdryer these days) I have a 12v power booster used in the garage so she wouldn’t have to sit in the car to dry her hair.

Useless, be better fanning the dog with a large cardboard box...When it's turned to heat, the blow power drops to non existent......Don't bother.....Stored in the glove box, be binned shortly...

Telescope dew eliminator only!, 20 May 2015

Unfortunately, it didn't work out of the box, and had to be completely re-soldered. Very badly assembled, dry joints everywhere. It is now fixed, works perfectly as a telescope de-fogger. This seems to be a popular application for this device!
