As a simple moisturiser this is quite effective, but it hasn't decreased the amount of spots I'm suffering at the moment (despite being in my 30s).
It hasn't made my skin any worse but it definitely isn't helping to improve it at all.
It comes in a sturdy thick glass bottle with a pump action. This pump works well and allows you to use less than a full pump if you wish to. I find that I use between 1.5-2 pumps each time.
The scent is really nice, quite fresh and natural without being floral (not a fan of that myself!)
I don't find it at all drying on my skin, unlike other spot-fighting products. It doesn't blend into your skin easily if your skin is cold, so it's best applied after a shower, bath or after washing your face with warm water otherwise you may find yourself rubbing in the white residue for a while.
After a few minutes you can apply makeup, but I would say that my makeup doesn't look as good as it does with my normal...

I love natural skincare products and I really like Burt's Bees ranges of products. This review is for the Daily Moisturising Lotion from the Anti-Blemish range which comes in a pump action 55g glass bottle. The bottle comes packed inside a Burt's Bees product box.
This lotion contains among other ingredients Salicylic Acid which is derived from Willow Bark, sunflower seed oil, lemon grass, beeswax, witch hazel, hops extract and goldenseal extract … all of which are natural products that will nourish, reduce blemishes, calm irritation, hydrate and moisturise your skin.
The lotion is not too thin and a little goes a long way (this bottle should last a few months). It has a nice lemony scent which unfortunately dissipates too quickly leaving almost no fragrance to speak of.
