I have been using this facial scrub daily for several years. I have sensitive skin prone to redness, oily in patches and normal in others. I use this scrub every morning and follow with the burts bees rosewater toner. I always get compliments about how lovely my skin looks. On the other hand, the smell is to die for. It reminds me of Christmas time... smells like cloves and cinnamon and mulled wine... YUM!
The size of the grains are fine for my skin - I have normal/oily. This one is more gentle then the burts bees peach and willowbark scrub which I thought was a little to harsh. I would call this a 'medium' scrub - probably the consistency of castor sugar (possibly even smaller).
Lasts for ages...probably about 4-5 months with 2 applications per week (according to my beauty therapist you shouldn't...
