I ordered this for my wife, this her review:

"I have used other Burts Bees products (hand cream and lip balm) but not their skin care range so wasn't sure what to expect as I wouldn't immediately think of this brand for face products.

Firstly, this set comes in a lovely box,you could certainly give it as a gift. More importantly, the 3 products inside are full size making this excellent value.

I have been using the products for a few days and I am really pleased with them, my skin is quite sensitive so the natural ingredients really appeal to me and I have so far had no reaction or irritation. All three products smell lovely, mildly herbal in a refreshing way (but not overpowering).

The cleanser is very light but effective, the day cream is light, absorbs well and is not greasy. My only complaint is that it doesn't contain any SPF but I can get round that with my BB cream which does.

Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Set...99% natural...., 7 Sept. 2015

This Hydration set is a fantastic addition to my cleansing and moisturising regime. "Burt's Bees" hydration collection is 99% natural, with clary sage and has a subtle fragrance, which is ideal for everyday use. The set is beautifully presented and comes with cream cleanser, day lotion and a night cream. The cream cleanser is the type that is used with warm water, a little bit goes a long way, and after rinsing I felt that the cleanser had done a good job, leaving my face feeling soft and hydrated. The day lotion comes in a pump action 50g container, again a little goes a long way. I love the scent the collection has, it's a clean herbal smell which is very pleasant. The night cream I'm not so keen on, its solid and takes a lot of rubbing to get a small amount out the jar, once you have managed this, the cream has a slimy feel, not something that is appealing to me. I have gone back to my usual night cream. I will buy both the cleanser and day lotion again, but won't bother...

Good Product, 22 Aug. 2015

This has been tested out by the female members of the household. Initial impressions are good but clearly I will update the review later after they have had longer to test it out. The night cream apparently feels quite waxy (not surprising I suppose) but not unpleasant. The face wash works well and so far the day cream seems as good as other stuff they have tried. They have to be careful with these things because unfortunately allergies are quite rife in the family but there's been no issue so far.Update:After using this for a few days the consensus is that the day cream is great but the texture of the night cream is a bit stiff and takes a bit of rubbing in. The face wash does a good job. I can't say that it is any better than some of the other products tried.The packaging is quite pleasing and is quite suitable as a gift (all that sort of thing is gobbledigook to me but seems to be a differentiator for some)
