Delivery was on Thursday and expected Fri-Tues, so that was good. I received Hibiscrub rather than the advertised Hydrex, which is fine in this situation as they're the same thing (4% Chlorhexidine gluconate skin cleanser). But because of this difference I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 - the product received should have been the product advertised.

Bought for dog's feet after Alabama Rot was diagnosed in a few dogs in the northwest earlier 2015. Fill sink with warm water and add 2 teaspoons of this item. Can be very drying so after you leave it in contact with feet including pads for 5 minutes then make sure you dry the feet. Check in between toes where item can pool. If irritated try using less product and/or don't be afraid of washing product off after its had 5 minutes of contact. It's done it's job quickly and doesn't continue doing anything magical after this. If your dog's pads are dryibg or cracking then use a tiny amount of petroleum jelly (vasaline). Obviously try stop any licking and use little so it's absorbed in its entirety. I was amazed at results on my dog's feet.
