I have tried dozen of different creams over the years as I am a type 1 diabetic and need to take care of my feet. This was recommended by a friends pedicure salon - but I did check and it is okay to use by diabetics and I have to say it is amazing!!I used it every night under cotton socks for the first 3 nights and now use it once ( at night again) every 3 days and it is brilliant. The cotton socks seem to help absorption by keeping your feet warm!Highly recommended - only please don't buy it all so I can't get anymore!!!!

I brought this because the reviews were so good and my feet needed some extra treatment as I had a couple of cracks which were so sore. I always cream my feet although I don't normally use anything with Urea in it but thought I'd try this. I have now been using it for a couple of weeks, it did make my feet feel lovely and soft and the cracks heeled up but I have noticed that my skin is peeling from my heels, is this normal? looks awful until I put cream on them .Has anyone else had this happen? I have now stopped using it every day and only use it a couple of times a week, I won't be buying again, I think I'll try something with less Urea in it as this has 25% and have since seen other creams with only 10% or 5% , but am only guessing that it is that whats doing it, trial and error I think.
