I brought this massage cup to try an anti-cellulite treatment at home. I received this and tried it straight away. I had already received an email from the seller with details on how to use which were extremely helpful.The cup is extremely strong and I applied bio-oil to help it glide across my skin. I used it for about 10 mins on my thighs whilst watching television. The cup glided easily and it was quite easy to get a good suction. I did find that I was maybe sucking too much as it began to hurt rather than feeling relaxing like I thought. I think that this product is good if you know what you are doing, I think little more practise and I will get better at it.I received this for a discounted price for an honest and unbiased review.

Good Massage Cups!, 30 Nov. 2015

I bought this for massage/cupping at home and then tried it on my own. I must say the cup is of high quality but I failed to hold on the suction and the cup popped out occasionally. And whenever it held the suction, I felt it held the suction way too hard. May be it is not okay if you try it on your own. Well. .. I tried on easily accessible areas like neck. I have done wet cupping previously with a specialist I hardly felt any pain and even the suction felt good at that time... I believe you need a specialist to do cupping. Or else if you specialise on your own then good luck. This is something which you can easily grab. Overall the massage cup is sturdy and of good quality.I received this for a discounted price for an honest and unbiased review.

Must have for back tension!, 7 Dec. 2015

My kids were instantly curious when this arrived. I have a lot of tension on my upper back. I applied a generous amount lotion and asked my husband to massage my back. You can control the amount of suction based on how much you squeeze the massager. I enjoyed a firmer suction on the upper back but needed less for the lower back. Cleaning up was easy. Simply wash with warm water and allow to dry. I was expecting to be very bruised the next day but I only developed a light purple surface bruise. Overall a great product and cheaper than visiting a massage therapist. I recieved this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
