After nearly 6 years trying to get rid of a fungal toe nail infection and spending in excess of £200 on products like Scholl Fungal Nail Treatment, Clearzal-Bac, Curanail, Fungi Nail plus a couple of American imports I finally feel that this product is doing something, I purchased from Boots for £29.95 as it was not available on Amazon at the time.
I followed the instructions and soaked my foot every morning (by leaving the plug in while I had a shower) then applying the ointment with a cotton bud, after 4 days I noticed that the infected parts of the nail were lifting, by a week 90% of the infected nail had fallen off and by the end of week two 90% of my big toe nail had fallen off and I was left with just a small uninfected bit of nail at the bottom, I continued applying the urea ointment until all the enclosed the plasters had gone (21 days) and I also applied some anti-fungal cream to the part of the toe with no nail after it had fallen off (apply Urea ointment first...

Be warned, this is the fungal equivalent of total war...
The Bad - The plasters that came with this kit were totally and utterly useless for me. Perhaps I'm not getting it, but they were just horrendous.... That ultimately makes this an extremely expensive tube of urea ointment and a plastic scraper. I ended up using some normal flexible fabric type plasters which worked much better in my opinion.
The Good - So far (about 1.5 weeks in) it has almost completely removed all signs of infected nail... well to be honest the entire nail. Since this is an infection I've had for many, many years I'm willing to accept that perhaps the whole nail was infected, even if not visibly so. In the past the full nails have indeed been visibly infected. Do bear in mind however that your nails may look a fair bit worse before they start to look better.
