Well worth the investment. My last set of Carmen rollers have lasted over twenty years and I am only replacing them because the rollers are falling apart. These are a vast improvement. They heat up in five minutes and the rollers and clips are very gentle on your hair.

Totally disappointed., 4 Mar. 2018
I am very disappointed with this product. Firstly the item arrived with no paperwork whatsoever so I did not have a contact to return the product to so I had to keep it. Secondly, the ends on some of the rollers came off before I even used them. Thirdly, the rollers sat so far down on the heated bar that the plastic ends that were intact ( some of which have since fallen off) melted and stuck to the bar. Fourth comment, some of the clips that hold the roller in place fell apart and I had to repair them. Overall very disappointed.

Carmen - pse. bring back earlier models, 2 April 2018
Had Carmen rollers for 20 years which were brilliant - however, the above do not come up to their standards. The worst part (after rolling your hair) is picking up the "holder" for keeping the roller in place as the top part is painful to press together so, regretfully, I had to return the item.Pse, Carmen, will you bring back the old style rollers - I hear others who agree with me.........
