Although this product is cheap, that in no way makes up for performance. You have to keep going over the same patch of skin over and over again for it to pick up any hair, and even then it does not remove it all. It would take hours to get a decent result.I would definitely not recommend this product.

This came quickly and the packaging was very good, also a nice pouch to keep it in. I have never used an epilator before but have a little facial hair and as I needed a shaver I thought I would get this combination of the two. I find the shaver brilliant used on my legs and underarms. However I found the epilator rather scary to use and quite painful. A few days later I got a rash where I had use it - upper lip which was rather slow to go but do you know I have to eat my words because as yet the hair has not returned and its been several weeks since I used it. I usually tweezer and the hairs come back in no time so I think if you are brave you should really go for it.

A serious design flaw, 31 Dec. 2013

This is the worst I've tried. The width of the opening is too small and when the skin touches the edge of the opening to epilate an area with short hairs, the blades stop. I've had better epilators than this that cost less.
