I aboslutely love this product on the border of addiction!!!!!From the first day i tried it i was hooked.What happned was my lips were VERY dry and in need of help and i was talking to my friend about buying an expensive product to solve the problem and my friend kindly gave me some Carmex and said i didn't need to spend do much money on lipcare.I didn't even put a lot but what i did put worked immediately.My lips stung for a little bit as they were at deaths door but after that my lips were soft and have been looking its best for years.Winter is usually not good for my lips and they get extremely dry,sore and chapped.This is brilliant and everyone should own one.It is cheap and has immediate results.

Steer clear of this! Moisturises short term, not so great long term! Read the ingredients!, 30 Nov. 2015

I stupidly overlooked the ingredients of this lip balm and after a friend of mine recommended it, I decided to give it a go. Although at first it seemed to be good, it began to irritate my lips and on reading of the ingredients I was shocked to see the amount of "irritating" ingredients.

As another reviewer has said, this lip balm contains salicylic acid, which can cause irritation and in fact remove protective layers of skin on your lips, thus leaving them more susceptible to chapping. The whole tingling sensation that is felt when applying this balm is these layers of skin being peeled away, which isn't a nice thought, nor is it great when the product is supposed to be helping chapped lips, not causing them!

Immediately after applying your lips feel hydrated and you can feel a cool tingling sensation, which is pleasant, but as stated this isn't a good thing and once the sensation has worn off, your lips feel exactly the same as before and you feel the...

The packaging is great, the squeezable tube is much better than a tin or plastic tube in my opinion. When you apply this product, there is a slight tingling to the lips, along with a soothing feeling that really makes this feel like a moisturising product. In addition, it smells quite nice and natural, but not at all strong or feminine, thankfully.

However, the big problem I have with this product was unearthed when I took a close look at the ingredients list. This 'moisturising' product contains Salicylic acid, an ingredient usually added to acne treatment products.Due to the nature of the acid, It has common effects such as causing irritation to the skin for some people. Doctors suggest avoiding Salicylic acid if skin is chapped, broken or damaged. It turns out that a tingling sensation is usually felt when this ingredient is applied, explaining the tingling feeling I had on application that I have not had with similar products such as the Boots standard lip balm or...
