I have been unfortunate to have Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis, Arthritis in the back, been suffering pain for years but rubbing this cream into my knees has helped greatly, my knees still sound like a mechanics ratchet but the pain is so much more bearable. Didn't do anything for the Fibromyalgia pain but I expected that as I've had it for 19 years so if you do have Fibromyalgia don't dismiss this as my hands have benefitted by using the cream and rubbing it into my hands when finished. To maintain the use of this cream for me will be expensive because although it might go a long way it won't last forever technically if I used it in all my sore spots I would easily go through a 50ml bottle a week, being 5p short of 20 quid it would cost me 79.80 a month and I don't have that sort of income.
