My opinion is that this is NOT a miracle fix. Sorry, everyone! :) Although I suspect results will vary, depending on: how long you've been using it, how much body fat/muscle mass you have, your diet, build, age and other factors. I can only give my opinion from my perspective:
I've been using this twice daily for ten minutes at a time (five mins on each leg), for about ten days. So I'd say it's a bit early to really confirm its effect on *my* cellulite. I am at about 25% body fat with a decent amount of muscle from weight training. I carry the majority of my weight in my lower half and I have visible cellulite on the backs of my thighs and on my bum. This is where I've been using the cup.
Tips on using:
