Delivery? First class. Received product in two days from USA which is as quick as can be expected from UK.Product? Initially disappointed that product is not a replacement but an ingredient that has to be mixed with rubbing alcohol before use. Also, instructions are in 10 languages on one piece of paper and not easy to read or follow, and also a waste of paper.Service? Also first class. I discussed with Shebang by e-mail and am completely satisfied with attention and explanation received.Recommendation? Most certainly!i It may be easier to order and replace cartridge. However, the diy is easier than I expected and savings are about 75% and repeating.ii Some editing and presentation of instructions would be helpful for many first time users.Further there are environmental considerations in that there will be less plastic cartridges to discard

Much cheaper than the Braun clean & renew cartridges.At first I wasn't 100% sure if I liked it or not. But with time I can honestly say I do like it. I found that when I cleaned out the old Braun cartridge that it took a good 5 or 6 rinses to get it clean, although the instructions say 2 rinses will do and don't worry about left over shaving bits in the cartridge but I carried on rinsing until it was lovely and clean and it pays off.The results from this cleaning fluid is good. Nice clean smell and although it leaves the shaver a little damp after it's finished cleaning it's something I got used to.But the real bonus is the savings. You can refill 6 cartridges for the prices of a pack of 3 Braun original Clean & Renew (this includes the Alcohol you have to buy to mix this with). So it's a good saving.I can highly recommend it.

Will work either with or without 70% "Rubbing Alcohol", ..., 24 Jun. 2016
Will work either with or without 70% "Rubbing Alcohol", there being ZERO difference between the Braun and Panasonic versions. ZERO as in NONE. In addition, note that Pansonic Shavers can also be used with Rubbing alcohol "version", which will not "melt"/dissolve the platicy bits. Tested on a Panasonic RT-81 with 70% Rubbing Alsohol added but your "mileage might vary".
