An Effective Eye-Care Product for Men, 3 Oct. 2014
I use this product on my eyes, in the mornings at weekends, it's too pricey to use every day. If your eyes are looking puffy or shadowy, or just looking a bit tired, this cream gives them a real boost. I use it whatever my eyes look like at weekends, in the (perhaps forlorn) hope that, at the age of 46, I can keep any crow's feet at bay for a few years longer yet. It feels really good on the skin, cool and soothing, it's not really scented so it wouldn't clash with any after shave or eau de toilette. I've been using this product for the last year or so, and have no wrinkles about the eyes yet, I don't know if that's down to my genes and/or this product, but I'll carry on using this just to be on the safe side!

Temporary usefulness, at best, 11 July 2015

I don't know why, but I was expecting a cream rather than a gel.

I've used Clarins before, and it has been OK. Nothing amazing, but OK. This, on the other hand, is pretty disappointing. If it does anything at all, it is only temporary. It also leaves a shiny residue rather than being completely absorbed, which kind of defeats the object of attempting to hide short-term damage in the first place.

The prices for this from UK sellers were eye-watering (£40+), luckily I imported it from a US seller (about £15) and took the hit on delivery time. I would have been absolutely devastated paying full whack for this.

You can buy the same sort of thing in a tube for under a tenner. I assume you are supposed to use it to disguise a heavy night out. It certainly has very little long-term benefit. I don't go for big nights out any more, but I am developing bags and wrinkles at a frightening pace. This is not a solution.

I'm probably going to chuck it away...

Leaves a sticky shiny finish, not matt as described.
