I think they forgot to put exfoliating ingredients into mine. This stuff couldnt exfoliate melted butter off a glass surface! Granted it smells good and works as a face wash. But thats about it. Have had avon products that work far better than this utter garbage! And to show I am not being biassed or ignorant, I use their moisturiser daily and that is the best on the market along with the Elemis one!
