a good deep cleanser, 31 July 2011

I like this cleanser having used the other one from this range in the blue bottle they are both really good yet I find this one feels more mild on the skin whereas the other one tingles a bit this one doesn't yeat still appears to clean very effectively. Perhaps this one would suit people with sensitive skin too as it does feel gentle. Leaves the face feeling fresh and clean.

This cleabser is effective at closing pores opened up from 'popped spots' but I havent seen a vast reduction in blackheads since using this. I also find it milder than others but can dry out my skin if I dont moisturize afterwards/miss a bit!

Don't Expect Clean or Clear Skin., 13 April 2015

I have fairly good skin, maybe a bit sensitive - but rarely get spots and do get dry skin every now and again. I bought this due to having a few blackheads around on my nose. So I decided to try a new cleanser. This one seemed to be specifically designed for use on blackheads where the others were general cleansers, which sold it for me.

A week later, having used it twice a day... My skin is not dry anymore but a little too oily, the blackheads are still there and I do not feel this product leaves my skin feeling refreshed/clean. It makes my skin slightly sticky to the touch even though it claims you don't need to rinse it off... The worst part, is after months of clear skin I've now got two spots/whiteheads on my face!!
