If I'm honest, as a guy, I seldom take much interest in my nails, they tend to experience a fair amount of 'wear and tear'. This KlipPro cuticle nipper caught my eye and, as an Amazon product tester, thought it was about time I took better care of my digits (especially as a musician, my battered nails could do with a little TLC). I addition, my wife has also used this 'nipper', so her feedback is included herein.

Firstly, this feels like a quality product, nothing like the obligatory nail clipper you find in Christmas crackers - no, this is a weighty little product which feels pleasing in the hand, especially with the 'brushed' finish. The locking mechanism is a little fiddly, but does the job and holds the generously wide handles firmly in place. Whilst on the subject of the handles, I found them the perfect width in terms of grip and dexterity, but my wife found them a little too wide (for comfort) in her smaller hands - that being said, it didn't prevent her from using...

First of all, I received these clippers free in return for an honest and unbiased review. I've never used cuticle clippers before since I don't really go in for manicures etc as they don't tend to last on me, but I have to say these are very handy and simple to use. The blades are very sharp so it doesn't take several goes to get your desired result (very useful when the kids are complaining about that agonising hangnail that needs to be dealt with NOW MUMMY!!!) The handles are a comfortable size and the piece isn't lightweight so you don't feel as though they might bend at the slightest pressure like some cheaper nail clippers I've used in the past. They also have a locking mechanism in the handle and protective cover for the blades to avoid accidental cuts. Overall, a good quality item and, if it's something you're likely to use on a regular basis, definitely worth the money as it feels like it will last well.

Gets the job done fast and with very little effort!, 13 Sept. 2016
A complimentary sample was provided for reviewing purposes and it arrived well presented in a appealing inner box, with the cuticle held inside a plastic mould.The first thing that I noticed was that they looked very high quality and therefore built to last.They were held in place by an upper and lower region and the design seemed appropriate for the job at hand.In use, I found that it performed well on the whole and it had strong "cutting blades", which got the job done fast and with very little effort!
