At last a roller set that has moved on since the 1940's. Design is excellent and works quickly and efficiently.I have frizzy, thick hair and this is excellent for smoothing out and providing volume, bounce and nicely curled ends without making my hair "curly". The larger rollers are great for making your hair look like you have just had it blow dried.I have bought extra bigger rollers than are included in this set and they are great for adding volume and height to the top layers of my hairThe self grip rollers are great for picking up the ends of your hair which make them easier to roll but you do need the clips to keep them in place - particularly with thick hair.

This roller system is amazing. I did a of research before I took the plunge and bought the ultimate set. Initially, feeling my hair needed a bit of a boost (I am 50, with a layered bob, fine, straight hair, but plenty of it), I bought the Babyliss set. It was fiddly, couldn't get on with the slippery lid - drive me mad - and I ended up with old lady curls, plus horrible straight bits where hair had slipped out of the rollers.

After a lot of deliberation and youtube visits, I bought the cloud nine set from a website called hair skin and beauty, the cheapest price around. Instant hit. The rollers are dead easy to put in because they grip the hair and the clips secure them easily. I bought four extra 40mm and four extra 30mm, and I have plenty of extra clips from the babyliss set.

Results are sooo pleasing. Takes about seven minutes to roll the hair of a morning, leave in for 20 minutes, put some texturing lotion and then bit if hairspray snd it looks like I have been to the...

Been using rollers and blow drying them to make them more defined and keeping them in for hours on end for years now. Although this is an expensive product as a whole it will save you so much time - the rollers heat up within seconds and cool down whilst in your hair which is great - take around 15-20 mins to cool down which saves you a lot of hours in the long run and are ready to go in 20 mins! Can obviously be left in for longer if wished but there's no need. Very happy with my purchase !!
