Very helpfull, 13 July 2015
First lamp received was damaged. CoastaCloud were very good and quick to respond to my complaint.Requested a replacement and unfortunatley the second lamp did not work. Contacted them again and they have offered me a refund. I have given them 3 stars even though i did not get a lamp, I would recommend them due to them being very helpful. I have now got to look elsewhere for a lamp :(
