Fantastic Stuff!, 26 April 2013

I drink it, I eat it, I cook with it, I bath with it, use it as moisturiser, hair conditioner, wash my face (I have gorgeous skin), it's a natural sunscreen, brush my teeth with it, mixed with a little bicarbonate (I have very white teeth), maintaining my wooden work tops, stops creaking doors and gates, the uses are endless (see Internet for details).

It smells great, it tastes great and I have never felt so healthy, helps weightloss and keeps one very regular. Oh! I could go on all day about the virtues of coco nut oil! Yudda! Yadda! But I'm actually here to talk about this perticularly coconut oil! Hands on heart this is the very very best at the very best price, I have ever tried (and I've tried a few). Personally I stick to the Organic Virgin Cold Press, but that's just my preference.

I think I will be buying in bulk from this company from now on at the rate we get through it, the small jars just won't do.

P.S. Oh! And one more thing and then I...

Used as makeup remover, 26 Dec. 2013
One night I was watching something on youtube, as you do, when the girl in the video was going on about how her makeup artist told her to use this on her skin to remove makeup.Originally she used a face wipe then proceeded to use this oil on her face, let it sink in for a couple of minutes, then used a tissue to wipe off the excess. To my surprise it took even more makeup off and has since led to me buying this product for the same thing. It removes makeup easily and moisturises your skin in the process, never in my life thought to use it for this purpose, and apparently it is also good as a leave in hair masque.

multipurpose for cooking and cosmetics, 21 May 2015
I purchased after seeing recommendations on tv. The product is great for skin and hair...and a good base for biscuits and curry dishes. Chefs say you can cook anything with it but I found the mild coconut flavour not to go with everything. So I just use it to cook when an enhancement of coconut is helpful. Melts really quickly and lovely hair and body butters can be made when blended with other butters ie shea; mango; coco and oils ie almond; jojoba. You don't need to add much oil as it coconut oil is very oily when melted but skin soon absorbs it.
