I'm surprised that Goldwell colour mousse in 5N light brown hasn't had better reviews. I've had great results with it, mostly adding lowlights to my dyed-at-home blonde hair. It has saved me from many a bad blonde day - it neutralises brassy tones far better than a violet-tinted mousse, and covers any little highlighting errors, if a touch of bleach has gone where you didn't intend. Darkens your tinted roots for a more realistic look. It's also perfect for covering the grey hair that starts to show at the sides of your face in front of the ears - just dab on a bit of mousse on dry hair, and the greys are covered. If you use it in a more general way, over light brown or dark blonde hair, it gives fabulous shine and condition.

I find this product okayish..doesn't seem to last more than a wash or two. I buy Goldwell as I don't seem to be able to find the one I used to use which was a VO5 product. I can't find either of them in the marketplace and therefore this product becomes very expensive because of the excessive postage charge.

The mousse is great and works really well to cover roots, 1 May 2016
The mousse is great and works really well to cover roots. However the aerosol is dreadful. You need the strength of Hercules to press the mousse out of the canister. Would have returned it if I had used it soon enough and discovered the problem with the nozzle.
