This is such a good product I can't even begin to explain how well it works! I've been dying my hair for about 12 years at home, from red, to black, to bleach blonde then again brown I've done it all! Recently I had a lot of red and dark brown build up on my hair which left me with red roots and black ends! Soon as I put the colour b4 on it took it straight down to a natural copper, dark blonde colour which is more than ok to walk around with until I decide what I'm doing with it! Also it doesn't make your hair feel like straw! I have dead hair and it even manages to make my hair feel silky and soft!!! & just for the other review about it not taking bad at home highlights out... It doesn't remove bleach? Nothing removes bleach! Ever! So this defiantly won't! It removes dark colour and colour build up! But anyway I can 100% recommend it! :)

Doesn't work, 3 July 2015
this product claims to remove even dark dye from light hair. I have blonde hair and had some bad at-home blonde highlights and it made not one bit of difference. Didn't remove the colour at all. Absolutely stinks, you have to sit with it in your hair for an hour, it ruins the condition of your hair and makes it dry and tangled, I couldn't even get a brush through mine after I'd used this. Really really disappointed. Complete waste of money. Only giving it one star because it won't let me do zero!
