Combinal is the best eyebrow and eyelash dye I have been able to find. Great for colouring those odd grey eyebrows if you have any.If using on eyelashes you have to be very careful not to get it in the eye - it stings. This cannot be bought on the high street in UK, except in a trade shop, who have now stopped selling it to people who are not in the beauty trade.
