I am a bit undecided on this one - some days it looks really good and other days it goes a bit dry and cakey, which makes me think it depends on what base and primer etc I am wearing underneath it (I am still trying to figure that one out). The formula itself is nice and you get what you pay for (you can tell it is a good quality product). I am going to persevere with this as, when it looks good, it gives me a really nice bright eyed look.
