Received these two days ago. Percect condition and creamy consistency.. However on the water line they are not as pigmented as on the lips but still able to see the colour. Will be buying again.

I bought these 12 Eyeliner Pencils for £2.57. Would have given five star if there was a black eyeliner included in the pack of twelve, but sadly there wasn't (and I'm always after a good black kohl eyeliner). So although the item's description says "Colour: as show in the pictures" that was not the case. I received two pink (019) and two red (022), one white (033), one silver (034), one green/gold (040), one dark green (038), one light blue (036), one dark blue (035), one light brown (006) and one dark brown (016). It was odd to receive six pencils on the red spectrum, as they're meant to be eyeliner, not lip pencils. They're certainly advertised as eyeliner products!

Anyhow, these pencils are not high quality, but they seem to be made without irritative material, as my eyes don't water when I use them. Whether they're waterproof is arguable - they withstand on my waterline, but also wash out when I splash water on my face... You decide. VERY IMPORTANT: Initially when I...
