Say Eye Eye To This Great Gel, 18 Nov. 2015

I've heard of InstaNatural but always thought their products were only available in the US. So it was with great interest that I had a chance to try several products, of which the Eye Gel was the first.

I took it with me on holiday and what a life saver it was. Occasionally I get red, itchy and irritated skin on the upper eyelids near the top of the nose. Usually only E45 works or when it's quite severe, a small amount of hydrocortisone cream. So it happened on this trip with no E45 to hand. I used this eye gel and it calmed my skin right down. I was truly amazed. And grateful!

I don't have dark circles but age is slowly creeping up and I have a very faint crow's feet (foot?) - which annoyingly deepens when I drink(!). I am confident this eye gel will be effective in the fight against the aging process. Why? The ingredients:

I find that I now need a separate eye cream as well as a daily moisturiser and this eye gel is just the right balance. Eye creams often tend to make the eye socket area a bit too oily with a moisturiser on top but this gel leaves the skin soft without any oiliness.

The bottle itself is a small pump action giving enough in one pump to apply to both eye and top of cheek areas. The gel is slightly opaque and smells very lightly of cucumber or aloe, a nice fresh fragrance. The gel is easily absorbed by the skin leaving no residue or flakiness. I've not had a moment of stinging or any other reaction, it is very gentle and keeps the skin soft and moisturised. I often don't sleep too well and sometimes have tired looking eyes and darker areas beneath the eye. After using this gel I think that the fine lines have become less noticeable and the whole eye area looks younger and brighter. I feel it's made a big difference to my appearance and would certainly purchase again...

I was really disappointed by the size of this product. It's only about 7.5cm in height, and under 3cm in width. In fairness, my disappointment may be my own doing- I probably should have read the description in more depth- but still, I was shocked at the size in comparison to the original price! I'm very glad I got it reduced at £15.99, but even then it still seems a bit too expensive for all that it is. Hopefully it truly is a miracle worker, rather than a big (or rather, little) waste. The item came unpackaged, just the bottle itself which was fine for me, but some people may prefer that for present giving, but it was obviously new because it comes protected by a plastic wrap. It looks cute at least, and it did come on time, so I can't complain too much!
