- Start by pressing the CuOmix in order to expel a maximum of air inside the suction cup
- Apply the suction cup (always keeping it tight) on the area to tone and release the pressure
- The skin must be aspirated in the CuOmix creating a suction effect

I have been using cupping cups since long time but it was always the ones that you have to use a pump with. Therefore when this one arrive , I was not too sure how to use it. In fact it is very easy and more practical than the plastic ones with pump. Simply press it with a squeeze and put on the skin. Immediate sunction-like effect and there you go the cup is properly installed on your skin.
I really love the size of the 2 big cups as it allows proper suction and give me immediate relief for pain and helps me a lot with blood flow in my legs.
