I just received this cuticle pusher and nail cleaner set today an I already feel able to say that I am really pleased with this set. They arrived securely packaged, direct from Amazon on the date arranged. They are nicely presented in a shiny pale green box with a clear plastic window in the middle. A thank you card and information on a VIP club are included. Now, I must admit that I have purchased several of these over the years, mainly from 99 p and £1 shops. Not only have they all been pretty useless but are also inaccurate. These are heavier than the ones that I have owned previously and worked so much better. I'm not quite sure why I didn't spend the extra few pounds on proper ones like these a while ago. After using these my nails looked as they should: Clean, beautiful, well-manicured and ready to paint with your favourite polish. Great set of tools for 'encouraging' cuticles to recede rather than force them and tear the skin.The spade end is for keeping cuticles in check. I find its best used after a soak in the bath when the cuticle has been softened, and if the cuticle has grown significantly over the nail, NOT to try to force it back on one treatment; push it back a bit, then come back to it the next day.The pointy end is for removing dead skin etc that collects under the nail. I've alos used it for gently lifting the nail corner to insert a little cotton wool underneath as I am prone to ingrown toe nails and caught in time this can prevent or relieve minor pain.Good to have a pair - I keep the larger one at home in my bathroom and the smaller one in my washbag - perfect!I was lucky enough to receive these tools at a discount in return for an honest and unbiased review based on my personal experience.I think they are well made, and great quality for a good price.

I am really happy with these cuticle pushers. They are the style you'd see in a professional salon. They are dual-end pushers with 2 different tools - one is a curved end (which is the end you'd use to push your cuticles back) and the other is a blade to enable you to remove the leftover skin, or leftover glue from acrylic nails. They are incredibly easy to use! I like the fact that the edge is thin so you can even use them to clean under the nail edge too. I believe that they are made of stainless steel so they are sturdy and well made - and they come in a nice little gift box too, so they'd make a nice gift!

With all of this in mind, I'm really happy to recommend them!
