I have long, thick, dry, coloured hair and this shampoo is the best I've tried. I've been using it and the conditioner for about three years.I live in a soft water area and a bottle lasts me around six months with me washing my hair about three times a fortnight. You don't need much shampoo here to get a lather which may differ if you're in an area of hard water, and with having dry hair I can leave it a few days between washes.
