Even paying for next day delivery this was way cheaper than any available locally and has more to it than them as well. The wall bracket is very sturdy as is the double jointed arm, our last mirror seemed to have a permanent list due to the weight of the mirror which could not be put right, this one is perfect and the screw to keep it at a set height is easy to use. This is a "very" strong magnification mirror on the one side and may take a bit of adjustment to get yourself used to it, the other side is perfect for everyday use and the size is ideal , no moving around to get different parts of your face in! This is far better for the money than we expected, and is better quality than many we looked at. Time will tell if having it installed in the shower will show up any short comings re materials used but it does look very well finished. The supplied plugs and screws worked well, the screws are quite long though so check whatever you are going to fix it to re thickness...

Very large magnification for the aged hypermetropic!, 11 Mar. 2015

Arrived promptly and fairly easy to fit. Only grump was the fixing knurl to adjust the height wasn't machined adequately so the past wasn't gripping. I had to dismantle and file a little of the brass thread down to just about get the grip working. A minor annoyance.
