I tried this out because someone gave my housemate a bag for muscle problems. Within a week the skin on my back improved dramatically. My GP prescribes a cream that tackles 3 different things in case the problem is caused by one of them, and makes your skin thinner - so I don't use it very often. These bath salts were a revelation! They really worked for me to improve flaky skin and redness. So if you have skin problems they may be worth a try, as they might work for you too. I suggest starting with a handful and working up to see how much you need in each bath, and if the water is very hot you may need some recovery time afterwards.

Used it for the first time and my skin is now so soft, I've tried so many differant things for my eczema to no avial but this has made an improvement already, might be the miracle I've been looking for.Give it a try it only stings if you have a cut and it's not even that bad.Will edit for long term effects.

I suffer from Psoriasis and by the second week of using this,it had caused all of my skin lessions to become super dry and no amount of cream or ointment would keep my skin hydrated, for more than a couple of hours its been 4 weeks since I have stopped puttin this in my bath and my skin has still not recovered from useing this salt.It may be good for an occassional use but I would never use it again.
