I first used this on the recommendation of a friend who was an air stewardess who used it to revive her legs after long haul flights. Now I use it to provide a bit of comfort from swollen legs & ankles caused by medication I need to take. It is also brilliant for cooling your legs on a hot day. It feels cool as it goes on and there is a very pleasant tingling sensation.
