SO handy, 28 Sept. 2014

I first picked one of these up many years ago in NY and it sat in my handbag for years getting more and more beaten. Recently, for reasons I can't now remember, I decided to ditch it for another brush option and my original one has since gone awol. Which is a shame because for the month I stopped using it I missed it terribly and have now purchased this new one as a replacement. This is such a simple yet practical item. The brush allows you to smarten up your hair at any point throughout the day, and the mirror is just the right size for checking your hair and makeup. My only complaint with this particular model (and something I didn't experience with the original one) is that the brush pops back in too easily so, when you're bruising, you need to keep your finger pissed against the back of the brush to keep the bristles in place. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. If the pop out function were slightly stiffer it would be a 5* product but, as I say, it doesn't much detract...

Excellent gadget for the handbag or even the clutch!, 17 Feb. 2011

This is an excellent little compact brush/mirror. Very sturdy and compact enough to even fit in a little clutch bag! The mirror is a proper mirror (not the plastic kind). Great value, nicely packaged and super fast delivery from amazon! Highly recommend!

Great for your handbag, 18 Dec. 2011

I have had this brush for years, kicking around in the bottom of my handbag, taken to spas, on holiday... Its really durable, no scratches on the mirror, no problems with the hinge after so much abuse. The brush is nicely cushioned, so a great standby, and because it folds in on itself it takes up very little room but still does the job. Its also nice and light, and smooth enough for using on wet hair. Top marks.
