The blades have been great so far, better than the Wilkinson Sword blades I had before, much sharper and long lasting.The soap wasn't that great though, Yes it was a free gift and worth a try so no complaints there but the lather it created didn't help the shave process much. Going back to cream which I find easier to work with.

These blades were despatched very quickly, and they are very, very sharp. I have purchased Wilkinson sword blades etc over the years, and in my opinion these are equally as good.

Having tried the Derby blades with my Parker Model 22 Interceptor Safety Razor with Gunmetal Finish and Edwin Jagger Imitation Ivory Double Edge Safety Razor with Pack of Five Blades, I decided to stock up with a pack of 100. A decision I have not regretted. The blades are fine, they last a week to ten days each when shaving every day. The soap was 'free'. I tried it, and have kept it as a backup for when I run out of my Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood Shaving Cream (150 g). There is no comparison between the two. The Taylor's is rich and creamy, the ARKO is dry and difficult to lather up, but it was free.
