Everyone's hair is important to them, but as a woman a bald patch (alopecia) is not only distressing but strange. Women are not usually expected to lose their hair. This product has worked amazingly well in hiding my bald patch, so I can stop thinking about it and stress less about it. I have sweated in the gym and been caught in a rain shower and it hasn't run. It does rub off a little on fabrics (I've noticed it on my towels) but washes out of them easily. Also, once applied and set I don't need to think about it til I wash my hair again. It stays put really well. It has done wonders for my confidence as I no longer worry that a patch of white scalp is showing through my near-black hair. I nearly didn't buy it because it's quite dear but it was definitely worth the money. Now to hope it grows back like last time...

i am very disappointed i spent 40.00 on this and its too dark. its not dark brown, it looks black on the scalp :(

The dark brown is a bit darker than a similar product I have used for a couple of years that has been discontinued. I find it suits my hair which is between medium & dark brown. It covers grey roots beautifully with a little water on a flat foundation brush, but also covers small areas of scalp where hair has become thin. This gives the impression of a fuller head of hair. The product stays put until it is washed out, it is highly pigmented so a little goes a long way so should last a few months. I think it is more suited to smaller areas of thinning hairline and only up to half an inch of grey roots.
